Subsequently, the standard was first revised in 1986 to align with the trade practices of that time in the country. In this revision, the title of the standard has been modified to clarify the applicability of the standard and following changes have been made: (i) The requirements for general conditions have been updated; (ii) The panelists requirements have been modified; (iii) The sample preparation has been detailed; (iv) The procedure has been modified; (v) The method of statistical evaluation of results have updated.
