Crude Dinitro-chlorobenzene is generally a mixture of 2,4- and 2, 6-isomers (95 percent 2,4-isomer and 5 percent 2,6-isomer), whereas pure dinitro-chlorobenzene is 2,4-isomer. This standard prescribes the requirements and the methods of sampling and test for 2, 4-dinitro-chlorobenzene.
